The Hippo

This Hippo loves food. I started in high school at a 'gourmet' pizza kitchen and worked there for about 3 years learning that pizza isn't confined to just sauce, mozzarella, and dough - and also my first experience with customer service. Next I moved on to an in-store french style bakery where again, as the person manning the counter and assisting customers I learned more about how people think and talk about food. Now I'm working in marketing at a food company and am again learning so much.

I'm starting to rate restaurants on a 5 point scale - 1 is terrible, please don't ever consider going to this location and 5 is pure dining heaven. Hope it helps in your search for the perfect place to dine!
